According to a recent report from TechCrunch, Instagram is presently working on building out an entirely new feature that will allow its users to publish a post to multiple accounts at the exact same time. As of now, the coming of this new feature to iOS is confirmed, however, no statement has been issued by the company thus far involving the status of the feature concerning Android users.
The new feature is being termed as “self-regram” and will appear to the users only at the time of sharing a post on the platform. The launch of this feature will surely be a life-saver for those people who manage multiple pages on Instagram and are involved in partnerships and takeovers of other accounts.
Also, in the past, many rumors surfaced on the internet repeatedly claiming that the company is testing regramming from a user’s other accounts to his main feed. But shortly afterwards, the company said that they were not planning on making it.
Although, Instagram hasn’t given us an exact date for the launch of this new feature, but suggested that some of the users on the platform should be able to employ this feature right now.
