After waiting in anticipation for such a long time, Samsung has finally issued an official statement announcing the date for its next Unpacked event where the company is most likely going to put out the latest Galaxy S flagship phones. The event is going to take place on Wednesday, February 20th at 11AM PT at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium located in San Francisco. Notably, the year 2019 ticks off the 10th anniversary of the Galaxy series, which is likewise the primary reason for repeatedly highlighting the number 10 on the event’s invitation.
Today, a report appeared on The Wall Street Journal suggesting that in the event, the company will grant us a detailed look at a “fully working” version of its Galaxy F foldable phone along with the rumored three variants of the Galaxy S10.
Interestingly, the company’s event is taking place merely a week before Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the massively popular mobile oriented trade show where Samsung usually releases its flagship Galaxy S phones. This time in MWC, 5G technology is going to play a vital role, which sort of also means that the company might save some details about its 5G Galaxy S10 for this event happening in Spain.
